Sales Meeting

Today was our first quarterly sales meeting. We are starting to grow and expand and with that we have to become a bit more structured. I was really happy when the bosses suggested this because it’s key for the team to understand the road map of the company and what is expected from us.

I was chosen to lead a sales workshop which I was a little nervous about… I had never lead one before and wasn’t confident. I asked our new marketing guru, Linda, for some suggestions and modified it to my liking and how I wanted to lead this part. It turned out to be such a fun exercise and each of the team members learned a little bit more about themselves and how they sold. I felt like I made a difference.
