During my recent trip to Princeton, New Jersey I was asked to pick a restaurant for a lunch meeting. I was given three different options to choose from, Agricola Eatery, caught my eye and appetite. Farm to table restaurants always interests me because I like to see how they use local ingredients that are in season in a new way. Although I didn’t go out of the box with my choice, I got a burger…the experience was no less than delicious! The burger was super juicy and the fries were delicious.
I finished off my delicious lunch with an apple brown butter cake! This was very special. Not to sweet and the cake was moist.
