I finally had some free time during this Christmas break to catch up on the blog, so forgive me for some of these older posts. I went back to California a few weeks ago for Thanksgiving. I was so happy to have the chance to spend this American holiday with my sister and friends. It was just a quick two week trip and Daniel was coming to join me the second week. This place had been my home for so many years that now it felt so strange to be coming back as a visitor.

Straight from the airport we did some quick shopping at the Beverly Connection and was joined by my sister for dinner at one of my favorite restaurants in town, Petit Trois by Chef Ludo. It was such an amazing start to my trip. The next day was bound to be a blast… shopping at my favorite designer outlet, Cabazon/Desert Hills Premium outlet.
