I’ve had a request for more food pictures, so here you go Paris! 😉 Last night I made stuffed bell peppers with some feta cheese for a salty creamy taste. It turned out pretty tasty. What I do love about Swedish produce is that it doesn’t feel over processed with chemicals. A tomato will go bad in a few days if you don’t use it, whereas in the states a tomato can last weeks and still have that waxy shine. Milk and bread spoils quicker here as well, so you end up going to the grocery store more often. I go to the grocery store about 2-3 times a week, mostly because I love shopping for food and it gets me out of the house a bit. Daniel and I have started a monthly budget tracking where we spend most of our money. Chances are it’s mostly on food.
On the menu tonight, authentic Italian bolognese with tagliatelle pasta.
