In an effort to eat healthier, I’m trying new recipes I’ve found online or on pinterest. I love tuna salad sandwiches, but the mayo gets to be a bit heavy. I replaced mayo with avocado and the results were delicious! Just add can tuna, red onions, celery and avocado. A simple, healthy and tasty lunch! I added salt and pepper for seasoning and alfalfa sprouts to the top because I love anything with sprouts on it! You can also squeeze a little lime juice in it if you want a little citrus taste to it.
