So our food journey started with lunch on the train while traveling to Stockholm. I’ve never been on a train with a dining wagon before so this was a first for me. We both ordered the pasta bolognese. It wasn’t gourmet, but filled us up for our adventure!

While in Gamla Stan or Old Town, we stopped to eat dinner at street cafe. We each wanted to try something Swedish. Linda chose the meatballs and potatoes and I picked the pannbiff. Pretty tasty and heavy.

Our hotel had a great morning buffet. We took advantage of it both days we were there. It had a large assortment of bread, teas, cooked breakfast favorites and lots of fruits. It was delicious.

After touring for most of the day we needed a break, since we were in NK, we decided to eat there. Their food was very tasty with large portions. We finished lunch off with some desserts and coffee, delicious! Food and fashion all in one place, my favorite combo!

By dinner, we were exhausted. We wanted something close to the hotel that we could easily walk to. The concierge recommended Hosteria Tre Santi, a cute outdoor Italian restaurant. It was a perfect end to a great trip in Stockholm!
