So today was a milestone day, I got my Swedish phone number! No longer a 310 Beverly Hills area code, so sad… but that wasn’t the interesting thing about my day. We got my number and phone contract at 7-Eleven! The 7-Elevens in Sweden aren’t like the ones I’ve seen in Los Angeles… you know, the ones that are all strategically placed in less desirable areas of town. These stores are clean, have fresh food, and pastries. They even have tables and chairs so you can enjoy a coffee and read the paper. And yes… you can also get your phone contract.
