For those that know me and for those that don’t, I am a foodie. I mean a big time foodie. In another life I would love to come back as a food critic or someone that eats for a living. Swedish food is a bit different from what I am used to. Yes, there is an abundance of Swedish meatballs, but it’s their meat and potato love that is interesting to me. I think I’ve had some sort of meat protein with a variation of potato everyday. Which reminds me… must get that gym membership. Okay, so here are some things I have been eating…

The meatballs and mash with peas looks simply DELISH!!! The Schnitzel reminds me of Switzerland. I’m a little afraid to visit you… comfort food is such my weakness!!!
