It’s time to hit the gym! After weeks and weeks of eating nonstop, I must get back into the gym. Halso Studion is the largest gym in our little city, there are a few more, but they are much smaller. It is half the size of a 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport, but what is great about this gym is that they have massage chairs! It’s so relaxing after a long workout to sit and get a free massage. This is also where all the big swimming pools are for the community as well as the local schools. They even have a water slide for the kids. I have yet to try any of the classes here, but I’m hoping to get into one soon, hopefully I can manage without knowing Swedish. Every morning Mike (Daniel’s brother) takes me to the gym. This way even if I’m not motivated to work out, I still have to go! Once I am in the gym I’m fine, getting there is the hardest part.
