Coming from a big city like Los Angeles to a small city like Eslov has been interesting. In Los Angeles on any given day you can be out and about. There are thousands of restaurants, bars, and nightlife to enjoy in the city. I’m over the whole clubbing scene, but you could do that on a Monday night if you wanted. Here in Eslov, it’s much different. The city center is made up of a couple of restaurants and a few shops. When Daniel told me we would be living in the center of the city I thought that meant there was a lot of action and nightlife. So when Daniel told me we were going out to the city for a drink, I got dressed up as I normally do in Los Angeles… only to find out we were going to Grappa. Grappa is a cute casual lounge bar and restaurant. We live 2 minutes from this place and apparently is the only place to go in the city. Things are definitely changing in my world.
